The Moccamaster Championship is a format by Helsinki Coffee Week that seeks to answer a very simple question: who brews the best tasting cup of coffee with the most common coffee brewer in Finland? Everyone has at least some kind of connection to Moccamaster brewer so what could be a better equipment to use in such event!

In the competition, the contestants will have 8 minutes to brew the best possible tasting cup of coffee using Moccamaster brewer and their KM5 grinder. The competition coffee is the same to all and the contestants will have 30 minutes to practice with this coffee and their competition brewer earlier in the day.

The cups will be judged by the panel of three (3) professional judges who won’t know who brewed which cup.

Moccamaster Championship can be attended to as a team of two or as a single contestant.
